Where are the Quarry-Veterans Park Trail and Parcel B?

Parcel B is a piece of undeveloped land that lies west of the uppermost part of Hermann Drive between Dorey Way and Via Del Rey in Monterey. The Quarry-Veterans Park Trail winds along the uppermost border of this parcel.
